Yurkovich has penning a new essay for the collection; its focus is on the evolution of DBC from a 5-page mini-comic
to a Xeric-sponsored release with international distribution. Additionally, there's a new pin-up art as well as new spot
illos by Yurkovich.
All of the pages in this collection have undergone a good scrubbing. In many instances, this involved redrawing or at
least polishing the old originals.
Yurkovich is currently promoting the series heavily through i n t e r v i e w s and a special set of LESS THAN
HEROES trading cards which are bing sent to various media outlets. REDUX premiered to favorable reviews at the
2007 Comic-Con in San Diego, where Yurkovich was a guest at the Top Shelf booth.
