| A B O U T I T S Y B E T S Y WELCOME to my shop of little clothes and accessories for tiny beings like your "itsy betsy," and sometimes things for mommies, too! Everything is handmade using vintage patterns and/or vintage or discontinued fabric and findings (ribbons, buttons, etc.). Each piece is one of a kind, just like your little girl :) You may notice that a lot of clothing makers produce many of the same item, and they talk about their "line." I don't work that way. Artistically I don't enjoy "assembly line" style production, nor do I like to buy something for myself that other people have. I prefer to be unique. So, while I may make similar outfits from time to time, each will have different fabric or a different applique, etc., something to make it special and original. After all, that's why you buy handmade, isn't it? (Well, for that reason and for the love that's sewn in.) And so, if you see something you like here (except for the occasional transfer tee) you can know for certain that won't see it anywhere else, and you won't see it again once it's gone. You can also know that everything here is hanging on a hanger ready to go to you; no waiting for me to make it. :) Each item bought from Itsy Betsy will come nicely wrapped with my signature tag attached.
